"As a previous review says, it can be a little tricky to fit it all in, but it sure is snug once you’re there. Has the effect of enhancing your pouch I think. The wider waist and under bum straps are more comfortable than some of the very thin pure elastic ones. I went for the XL size but even then it’s a tad too snug at times despite my being 36” round the hips.
The pouch is just about big enough for me. Anything over 4” flacid could be a struggle! Best to wear when it’s a bit colder "
