CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION - HOW IT MAY AFFECT YOUR DELIVERIES

Royal mail have informed us of a couple of changes due to the amount of their staff that have had to self quarintine during the Corona Virus situation
UK Next day delivery: The next day guarantee of delivery has been removed. They are still giving priority to these parcels so we will continue to offer it as a delivery option but we cannot gurantee they will arrive the next day and if late a refund of the postal cost will not be applicable.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland

We appreciate that our customers don't like postage costs on top so we have now added in that there is ALWAYS a FREE postage option at checkout, with speedier upgraded delivery time options available as well if needed.

Outside UK

EU Member Countries £12 shipping charge
Rest of World £15 shipping charge

• Economy: 3-5 days
• Standard: 1-3 days
• Next Day: next working day delivery if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri (next day guarantee suspended during covid period)
• Europe: 3 days - 1 week
• USA & Canada: 5 days - 2 weeks
• Rest of the world: 10 days - 2 weeks

Import duty and local taxes

Orders for delivery outside the EU may be liable for import duty/tax on entering your country. The amount of duty (if any) are dependant on the type of product, its fabric content and its value. Any charges for customs clearance/import duty are to be borne by the customer as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be as it is dependant on the country to be shipped to (for more details please contact your country's Customs and Excise department). All shipments outside the EU are accompanied by a CN22 customs clearance form. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges).
